Most of the body is water, so the consumption of a gallon of water a day is recommended for optimum results. CAN I DRINK COFFEE?

Coffee is an acidic substance on the PH scale, which means it's oxidizing for the body as opposed to anti-oxidizing for the body. When a substance is acidic, it breaks things down in the body, so I would not recommend it while undergoing the fasting process. 

IS INTERMITTENT FASTING SAFE?

Intermittent Fasting is the safest form of fasting. The technique itself does not strain and weaken  the body. However, the knowledge of alkaline living with this technique is important to make sure you're not consuming acidic foods and liquids while fasting. 

HOW OFTEN TO DO INTERMITTENT FASTING?

Intermittent fasting can be done as often during the week as you desire and can undergo a period of intermittent fasting for as long as you want. This could be the one month, two to three months or the whole year! This is because it is the safest form of fasting that can be practiced. 

IS INTERMITTENT FASTING BAD FOR METABOLISM?

On the contrary, Intermittent fasting give the digestive system a break in order for the nutrients to be fully absorbed before introducing to the body too many daily nutrients, calories and proteins.
