When it comes to Intermittent Fasting, there is a margin of error that will keep you from the results that you want. Although intermittent fasting is the most accessible form of fasting for most people, the methods that I share are the ones that will likely give you similar results as an extended 30 day liquid cleanse. DR. SEBI TALKS ABOUT FASTING

The world renowned naturalist and plant medicine man, Dr. Sebi was an advocate of fasting. Dr. Sebi's life was saved by fasting. BENEFITS OF INTERMITTENT FASTING

When I find myself in conversations with people about my passion for wellness and fasting, people usually find common ground with me in the topic of intermittent fasting. Most people seem to be well informed about this type of fasting, and it's exciting to me that it has been growing popular in the last 3 years or so. 

When I started to fast and cleanse 7 years ago, I would do 30 days of liquid cleansing on a yearly basis. Because of this, something started to happen in my body. Doing 30 day liquid cleanses alters the body in ways that made me adapt intermittent fasting as my regular routine when I am not fasting with liquids. 

In accordance with my mentors, because the human body is made up of 70% or more of water, it's important to have mostly liquids on a daily basis for optimum health. Intermittent fasting allows for times when solid foods are abstained from, giving the opportunity to consume liquids for nourishment.

Intermittent fasting is probably the most well known method of fasting that I have come across with people. Every time that I speak about what I do with wellness, everyone seems to know and understand the advantages of intermittent fasting. I've written about the advantages and disadvantages in depth here

However, most people don't know where to begin and how to properly engage it. Sure, there are many videos that come to mind with this kind of topic, and videos are a great tool for learning. However, fasting is not something that I personally recommend learning so leisurely, especially the more advanced fasting methods because it can do more damage than good.

The video above is of Dr. Brian Clement, co-founder of Hippocrates Institute that is located in Florida. He states that he himself has seen people with advanced cancer make a recovery. 

Cancer can be cured by natural means, and people need to become more aware of this. Some people might say, and this might be you, that it's impossible. Well, what is cancer? how does it thrive in the body and multiply?

WHO IS THE MAN KNOWN AS DR. SEBI?

Dr. Sebi was born Alfredo Bowman in Honduras. He took his first breath November 23rd, 1933 and breathed his last August 6, 2016. He grew up without formal education, and that allowed him to think differently than others. Still, he was very smart and chose to leave Central America to become a steam engineer.

Although he was able to make a decent life for himself without formal education, he developed diabetes, obesity and impotency at the age of 30. This type of fasting has become very popular these days because it turns out, Intermittent fasting is the most accessible type of fasting technique that appeals to most people. This is because when compared to other more extreme types of fasting, its safer and more applicable to the daily routines of most working class folks.
